To make your life simpler we will help guide you through the options based on your theme, style, colour preference and budget as well as the paper and ink treatments available. We can create a custom invite design for you, print files can be supplied or we have a range of wedding template designs on hand. No matter your budget or style we are confident we can provide bespoke wedding invitations for your special day. To get the process started we offer free sample packs posted to your door or offer face-to-face consultations with our sales and design team in-house. We are flexible and happy to liase with you in person, over the phone or via email, whatever suits your busy lifestyle.

We have a range of invite options to choose from, from single cards, fold out wedding brochures, or full custom invitation suites. The invite can be a stand-alone feature or ordered in a wedding stationery set with other cards such as save the date, RSVP, wishing well, map, pockets and matching envelopes. There are an assortment of print methods and special embellishing available from fast digital printing, bespoke letterpress, hot stamp foiling, embossing, white ink, laser cutting, and die cutting.

Wedding Invitation options

- THE CLASSIC DIGITALLY PRINTED INVITATION

Digital printing is the quickest and most affordable invitation option. At Sydney Wedding Printing we offer high quality digital printing in CMYK on premium paper stocks for a beautiful wedding invitation result. Digitally printed invitations can be single or double sided and our standard sizes are 120x180mm, A6, A5 and DL.

- WHITE INK INVITATION

White ink is the perfect tool to create a premium wedding invitation without the price tag. Still cost-effective and digitally printed, white ink wedding invitations are available on various dark coloured stocks and can be single or double sided for flat, die cut and folded cards.

- FOLDED WEDDING INVITATIONS

All in one, folded wedding invitations are a lovely way to fit in all your information in one place, rather than printing multiple cards. Folded invites are available in a variety of sizes, panels, and folds with perforation can also be added for tear off panels which are great for RSVP cards to fill out and return to you.

- CUSTOM LETTERPRESS STATIONERY

Letterpress is a beautiful high end print method which imprints your design into a thick cotton cardstock. Usually on 300, 400 or 600gsm card, in a 1 or 2 colour print, letterpress invitations are a luxurious touch to your wedding stationery. You can letterpress just the invite or your whole stationery set and can even combine digital printing, metallic foiling and blind debossing for a premium finish.

- BESPOKE HOT STAMP FOIL

Metallic foiled wedding invitations are a beautiful way to add a premium finish to your wedding stationery. Go for a gold metallic foil for some shimmer and shine or even silver, rose gold or copper. Invitations can be all foil or a smaller area and combined with digital printing or letterpress.

- DIE CUT WEDDING INVITES

Die cut wedding invitations are custom cut to a special shape and a terrific way to make them stand out from the crowd. We have 13 standard shapes on hand you can choose from or can create a custom shape upon request. The most popular choices are round or arch wedding invitations but why not impress your guests with round corners or an octagon shape. Die cutting can be used along with digitally printed invites as well as white ink, letterpress and metallic foiling.

- POCKET FOLD INVITATIONS

Pocket invitations or pocket fold wedding invitations are a lovely way to display all your cards in one place. Invitation pockets have a fold out design that allows space for the invitation and a pocket (or two) to hold all the other items in your stationery suite (such as RSVP card, wishing well and details). They come in a variety of different sizes, shapes, colours and textures and can either be supplied flat or assembled for you. The sizes of the pockets are made to fit our range of beautiful matching envelopes and can be held in place with a sticker, seal or bellyband.

After narrowing your options, we can help make the design and printing process easier. Here are the choices for moving forward with your wedding invitations.

1. Provide us with print ready PDF files with 3mm bleed for us to print. If any changes to your design are required, our pre-press and design department can assist.

2. Choose from the range of template designs we have on offer. We will use the template to place in your provided written content. We allow for minor changes such as colour and font selection.

3. Custom wedding design. We can create a custom wedding invitation design based on a provided summary and brief of the style and look you are after. We offer an initial design l proof with 2-3 different options and then up to 3 more proofs with any amendments.

Design Proofs

Before going to print we will send through a digital design proof for you to check over and approve before finalising the order. At this stage you have the chance to alter any details. Digitally printed samples are also available upon request are a minimum of $30 on a maximum of 3 different paper stocks. This is a great opportunity to see how your invitation design is printing, pick up any errors and check the paper compatibility.
