Envelope options 

At Sydney Wedding Printing we have a range of envelopes to choose from in a variety of sizes, textures and styles. Most of our envelopes are a banker shape with a deep or V shape flap and a lick and stick seal. There are an an assortment of envelope colours to choose from, ranging from matching white or ivory to bright pink and classic black. Envelopes can be provided blank or printed in CMYK or white ink with personalised names and addresses on the front and a return address on the back. We can also supply custom envelope liners which can be a beautiful extra touch. For a premium envelope finish we can also hot stamp foil a design or monogram on to your envelopes but not any variable information.

THE LUXE OPTION - C5 (162x229mm) 

To fit A5 (148x210mm) invitation 

C5 envelopes fit A5 wedding invitations which are our largest invite size as well as A5 pockets. C5 envelopes allow for larger and more bulkier stationery suites. 

THE MAIN EVENT - 130x190mm 

To fit 120x180mm invitation

130x190mm is our most popular envelope size which perfectly fits invitation size 120x180mm and pockets. 

THE ACCESSORY ENVELOPE-  C6 (114x162mm)  

To fit A6 (105x148mm) invitation and accessory cards

C6 envelopes match A6 sized cards which are typically used for Save the dates, response cards, folded invitations and thank you cards.

THE TRADITIONAL - DL (110x220mm)  

To fit size 99x210mm invitation 

This size is for a DL sized invitation which is a popular and more traditional size for wedding invitations. A standard envelope size, the DL is long and thin in appearance.   

THE SQUARE TEAM 

-150x150mm (to fit 140x140mm) -130x130mm (to fit 120x120mm) -105x105mm (to fit 95x95mm) 

We have a range of square sized envelopes to match their invite counterparts, available in an assortment of colours and styles. 

THE REPLY - 11B (90X145mm) 

To fit size 80x135mm accessory card

The 11b envelope is traditionally used as a reply envelope for an rsvp or response card. 

Envelope Printing 

Not confident in addressing your wedding envelopes yourself? At Sydney Wedding Printing we take the hassle out of organising your envelopes by directly printing personalised names and addresses. We can print your guests names and postal address on the front as well your return address on the back flap, along with a monogram or graphic. We print digitally using CMYK on a light coloured envelope or white ink on a darker stock to really make your printing stand out. Please note that we cannot print to the edge of envelopes and need 10mm clearance with your design. 

Design and mail merge 

If you are supplying an envelope file to us we need it to be setup using one of our envelope templates, in one document with a new pages for each name or address. If you are unable to setup the file we offer mail merge and design services to set it all up for you. We just need you to supply an excel spreadsheet (using our excel template) with all your names and addresses and we mail merge them all together into one document.
